Custom Web Applications & Dashboards
We build custom web applications — customer portals, internal CRMs, booking systems and reporting dashboards — when spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software no longer fit how your business works. Apps run in the browser on any device, connect to your existing tools, and you own the code and data.

Web Apps & Dashboards: common questions
How much does a custom web app cost?
It depends on the number of user roles, screens and integrations. We usually scope a first version (MVP) that solves the core problem, give a fixed quote for it, and price further features separately so you only invest in what proves useful.
Should I build custom software or use an existing SaaS tool?
If an existing tool fits 80% of your workflow at a fair price, use it — we will tell you so. Custom makes sense when tools force awkward workarounds, per-user fees become expensive, or you need features specific to your business.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. The code sits in a repository in your name, and the database and hosting accounts are yours.
Can the app work on mobile phones?
Yes. We build responsive web apps that work on phones, and can make them installable as progressive web apps with offline support where needed.
Can you connect it to Tally or our accounting software?
In most cases, yes — through Tally’s XML/ODBC interfaces, Zoho Books or QuickBooks APIs, or scheduled exports. We confirm feasibility during scoping.
How is data kept secure?
We use proven authentication, role-based permissions, encrypted connections, regular backups and audit logs. Hosting is with providers that offer Indian or nearby data centres when required.
Can AI features be added?
Yes. Common additions are AI search over your documents, auto-summaries of customer notes and AI agents that take actions in the app. See our AI automation services.
