AI Agent Development

An AI agent is software that reads a situation, decides the next step and takes action in your tools — for example, qualifying a new lead, booking a meeting and updating the CRM. We build agents for sales, support and internal operations, connected to your systems, with clear limits and human approval for anything sensitive.

AI Agents: common questions

What can an AI agent automate for a small business?

Common jobs are replying to new enquiries and qualifying them, booking appointments, answering product or fee questions, sending quotes from a price list, checking order or delivery status, chasing payments politely, and summarising calls or meetings into the CRM. The best first job is one your team does many times a day with a clear right answer.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers questions. An agent can also take actions — create a lead in the CRM, check a calendar and book a slot, look up an order, send a document — and decide which step to take next.

Will the AI give wrong answers to customers?

Any AI can make mistakes, so we limit agents to your approved information, test them against real past conversations, and set rules to hand over to a human when unsure or when the topic is sensitive, such as refunds or medical advice.

Which AI model do you use?

We choose per task — Claude, GPT and other models each have strengths in reasoning, cost and speed. The agent is built so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding everything.

What does it cost to run an AI agent?

There is a one-time build cost and a running cost for AI usage, which depends on conversation volume. We estimate monthly usage cost during scoping so there are no surprises.

Can the agent speak Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. Modern models handle Hindi, Hinglish and English well. We test with real messages from your customers to make sure the tone is right.

Is customer data safe?

We use business API plans whose terms exclude your data from model training, store logs in your accounts, and avoid sending unnecessary personal data to the model.
