API Integrations & Backend Development

We connect your website and software to the services your business relies on — payment gateways, WhatsApp, CRMs, Tally, Google Workspace, shipping and government APIs — and build the backend that ties them together. Integrations are logged, retried on failure and documented, so data does not silently go missing.

How the project runs

Typical timeline: 1–4 weeks per integration set.

  1. step 01

    Map the data

What moves where, when and who owns it.

  2. step 02

    Check APIs

Confirm access, limits and edge cases with each provider.

  3. step 03

    Build & log

Integration built with logging, retries and alerts.

  4. step 04

    Test with real cases

    Including failures, refunds and duplicates.

  5. step 05

    Document & monitor

Runbook handed over and monitoring switched on.

APIs & Backend: common questions

What is an API integration?

It is a connection that lets two pieces of software exchange data automatically — for example, a new order on your website creating an invoice in Tally and a shipment in Shiprocket, with no manual copying.

Can you integrate with Tally?

Usually yes. Depending on your Tally version and setup we use Tally’s XML interface, a connector service or scheduled imports. We confirm the right approach after seeing your setup.

Should I use n8n/Zapier or custom code?

Use no-code tools when the flow is simple and volumes are modest. Use custom code when you need complex logic, high volumes, strict security or lower running costs. We often combine both.

What happens if an integration fails?

We build retries for temporary errors and alerts for permanent ones, and log every transaction so we can see exactly what happened and fix it.

Do you build APIs for mobile apps?

Yes. We build secure, documented APIs that power web and mobile apps, with authentication and rate limiting.

Is DLT registration needed for SMS?

Yes, in India business SMS must be sent through DLT-registered headers and templates. We help with the setup and integrate with your SMS provider.
