Custom AI Integrations: common questions
Should I use OpenAI or Claude?
Both are strong. The right choice depends on the task, required accuracy, speed and cost. We usually test both on your real examples and design the integration so the model can be changed later.
Is my business data used to train AI models?
Under the standard business API terms of major providers, data sent through the API is not used for training by default. We confirm current terms and design to send only what is necessary.
What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation means the AI first searches your own documents for relevant passages and then answers using them, with citations. It keeps answers grounded in your data rather than general internet knowledge.
How accurate is AI data extraction from invoices?
For clear, typed documents accuracy is high; handwritten or poor scans are harder. We measure accuracy on your own samples and add human review for low-confidence results.
Can AI be added to my existing software?
Usually, yes — through an API or a small service alongside your existing system. We review your setup before quoting.
